My name’s Quinn Kepner, sometimes called “Rosie” on social media, and I’m an Independent Comic Artist and Illustrator. I’m in my Mid-Twenties, Ase, and use She/Her pronouns.
I’ve been working on a few comics for a while, but I don’t really consider myself an expert or professional.
Originally this site was going to have both of my current(ish) comics on here, but I ran into some difficulties. Most of them revolving on me never having building a website before. I mean, I did a bit in Web Design class back in high school but that was like 12 years ago so…
I’m going to work on it more later and hopefully then I’ll be able to figure it out. Eventually. Hopefully.

I run an gag and autobiographical comic titled “And the Cat Said”. It’s all about my life, frustrations, silly ideas that pop into my head. Anything I find fun, funny, or potentially relatable.

I’ve been working on-and-off on a few adventure style comics, and am trying to get those up-to-snuff and (hopefully) posted for people to see and read.
I do commissions!
I’ve been trying to use my Ko-fi page to open commissions. I don’t have many pictures, but I’m very proud of them anyways.
