My first DnD campaign, and it’s a toonkind one to boot! I’ve never DM’d before so I was really nervous, but I’m proud of how we managed! It’s also the first time we’ve tried to play entirely through Discord and bots. (Well, aside from our character sheets.) There’s a bit of warbling as we figured things out, but it was still a lot of fun! I hope we’ll have time to play again at some point!
My players were the wonderful Queen, who played the adorable Cordelia Cherub, and Toby playing the stealthy ram Zero!

I drew this as a gift for a friend that sent me some money over Ko-fi. I’m super proud of how it looks.
This one has a watermark of my own creation on it.
(This is for a video game I was/am very in-to and I want to share)
A (possible) design for Time Goddess/Divine Hat that I wanted to get down on paper just because I didn’t want to forget it.
I didn’t want a super fancy design and I didn’t want to just “age-up” Hat Kid to make her Goddess self.
So I decided to take “Clockwork” approach.
Clockwork, for anyone who doesn’t know, is the ghostly Master of Time from the cartoon, Danny Phantom, who’s appearance is constantly changing. He has three forms in total that he’s always switching between; A Child form, an Adult form, and an Elderly form.
So now Time Goddess!Hat has the same thing. (Also, she floats all the time. Her feet never touch the floor.)
“So you were a landperson, but when you came to the sea a few days ago, you turned into a merperson? And you don’t know why?” -Merro
“Yeah, that’s about it.” -Dib
“Huh, you know what? You just reminded me of a story my grandmother used to tell me.” -Merro
“Really?” -Dib
“Yes, Grammy was a Sea Witch, you see. When she was around my age, another Mer came to her asking for a spell to make them a land person.
“Grammy had never tried something like that before, so she agreed to do it. And it worked!
“But someone the other mer knew got angry about it, and laid a curse over them.
“I think it went something like ‘no child born to your blood and the land people will have the freedom of the sea.’ But don’t quote me on it, it’s been a long time since Grammy was around to tell the story.” -Merro
The boys meet a much nicer merperson, who introduces herself as “Merro”. She lives in the Kelp Forest they’ve found themselves in.
She claims to know a lot of unusual things about ths sea and it’s residents. And she’s happy to let them into her home to share what she knows.
Could they have found the person who knows what’s happened to Dib?
.
Just in case anyone wanted to know, I picked an interesting fish for the mermaid here. One that I’m actually willing to openly tell everyone!
Merro is a Blacksmith Fish. A common fish to find in Kelp Forests.
Merro shows off her “house” which is intricately woven from kelp to make it blend in with the forest.
But it’s too small for Zim to safely pilot his Zoot into. So, with great reluctance, he leaves the safety of his ship. But keeps a very big gun on hand.
Merro seems fine with this and chatters to Dib about the balls filled with glowing plankton she uses for lights.
.
I was afraid to ink this one because of how nice it came out. I was sure that if I tried I’d ruin it.
