It strikes hard. People really don't get just how hard it is to live with it. They always think of the extremes that lead to suicide, but it's so much more than that.
It's feeling terrible, but not wanting to be a burden to the people around you. It's saying you're okay when you're not. It's just... difficult to work your way through. But it's not impossible.
